We have two headquarters in Iraq, one in Erbil and one in Baghdad; each with its own training centre. There is also a regional office in Amman, Jordan and numerous satellite offices spread around Iraq.

Warehouses
El Ryan has 25,000 square meters of warehousing in Baghdad and Erbil, and fulfilment centres in Baghdad, Najaf, Erbil, Basra, Sulaymaniyah, Salah al-Din, Duhok, Babel, Nasiriyah and Diyala.

All service cases are handled via our toll free phone number and are allocated to one of our 2 direct service centres in Baghdad and Erbil or one of our 30 authorized service centres.
Our dedicated call centre handles up to 1,000 customer calls per day with Arabic, Kurdish, and English speaking operators.
